Deposit Payment

After confirming with our customer service team, please complete the 20% course deposit payment through the “Book Now” page on our official website. (Full amount if you book a group lesson)

Reservation Confirmation

Once the payment is completed, your course booking will be confirmed. Please provide your order number to our customer service for further processing.

Notification

Two days before your course starts, we will send a final payment request through “Square”. Once the rest is settled, we will confirm the ski resort conditions for the next day and provide you with your instructor’s contact details and meeting location.

Enjoy Your Lessons

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes early, equipped with all your ski gear, to ensure ample time for preparation and an enjoyable skiing experience.

Notification

We offer a one-hour Lunch break for an over-4H lesson during the day.

The price Does Not include a lift pass and rental equipment.

We accept 4 persons as the maximum number of participants for each private lesson.

The instructor will focus on their care if children are among the participants.

When holding a lesson using a chair lift, one person can only ride with the instructor in the group, so if there are two or more participants who are unable to ride the lift by themselves, we ask you to hire a necessary number of instructors.

Rentals

We want you to have the best snow-filled experience possible in Yuzawa, so in addition to offering high-quality skiing and snowboarding instruction, we also offer equipment rentals. You can get your whole day arranged with us.

You will be treated as a VIP upon your arrival, and we’ll help make this trip the best trip possible for you and your friends or family.

Please choose the appropriate gears and make the payment of the rental fees of the equipment online.

Share Your Details

Please fill up your rental details here and submit after the payment. We will prepare your rental equipment before you arrive in our shop according to the form.

Arrangement

Once you are ready at Echigo-Yuzawa station or at the lobby area in your hotel in Yuzawa, Please inform us about the time you wish to be picked up via SNS. A driver from the rental shop will arrive within 7 minutes.

*We Do Not accept booking in advance for the free-transportation service, please contact us when you reached the point where you wish to be picked up.
*We are located 3 minutes driving distance away from any hotels in the main town of Yuzawa so please have some patience to use this service.
